The product sold on this website is a downloadable digital ebook. No physical product is shipped. Access is provided immediately after a successful payment.

Because this is a digital product that can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds may generally not be available once the ebook has been successfully delivered or downloaded, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the request.

If you accidentally purchased the ebook, or were charged more than once for the same order, contact us with your order details. Duplicate charges and genuine accidental purchases where the ebook has not been downloaded will be reviewed and resolved fairly.

If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing the ebook, please contact us at support@ramtarahub.tech and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. In most cases we can restore access or send you the download link again.

Requests are reviewed individually and answered within a reasonable time. Where a refund is approved, it is processed back to the original payment method through our payment service provider, Cashfree, and the time taken to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
